Welding Steel

The wire rod of welding steel produced in our company is mainly used for gas- shielded arc welding and submerged arc welding carbon steel and alloy welding steel to be mainly used for the production of various sizes of solid welding wire and welding rod, which is widely used for automatic welding in the fields of bridges, ships, mechanical manufacturing, chemical industry, etc. NISCO won Excellent Quality Products of metallurgical industry for welded steel products in 2009, won Excellent Quality Products of metallurgical industry in 2012 again, and was rated as Famous-brand Product of Jiangsu Province in 2011. Annual output has jumped to the current more than 30000 tons with the market share of more than 15%. Tire Cord Steel

Tire cord steel is mainly used for the production of tire cord used as the framework materials of meridian tire for car, truck and planes, with very high tensile strength, outstanding heat resistance and impact resistance performance. As framework materials, it is widely used in rubber products including tires, rubber hose, transportation, etc.  The product size is Φ 5.5 ~ 6.5 mm of hot-rolled wire rod, and it is mainly used for production of tie cord wire for meridian tire, outer woven wire and wire winding, hose, bead wire, etc.

Spring Steel

Spring steel is widely used in industries of automotive, railway, machinery, electric, etc.  The spring steel  for railway spring passed the appraisal for new product and new technology in 2008, and has been supplied to German Vossloh AG with the fatigue life being better than domestic similar products and quality performance reaching international advanced level. Automotive suspension spring steel developed by NISCO passed the appraisal for new product and new technology in 2011 with excellent machining performance, good application performance, reliable fatigue life and quality performance achieving the leading level at home. Wire rod of spring steel was awarded as Excellent Products of Metallurgical Industry in 2011, and the products can be supplied to main domestic users for spring steel with the annual amount of more than 40,000 tons.
